The 8mm hospital wall panels of Changzhi People's Hospital in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province were installed in September 2019. The construction and installation of the dry hanging system first requires familiarity with the drawings, including elevation drawings/plan drawings/design drawings, etc., and then determine the baseline, clean the base and spring lines, followed by the installation of vertical and horizontal keels. The keel surface should be flat and smooth, consistent in color, clean, without cracks, and the joints should be uniform and straight. The wall panel keel spacing is arranged by our company with a vertical and horizontal spacing of ≤500*500mm.

For this project, according to the planning space and design requirements of the required wall hanging, three colors of light fruit green, azure blue, and lotus white were selected for installation on different floors and colors. A very important point here is to stack the panels reasonably before installation to adapt them to the construction environment. First, construct and install various pipelines on the wall. According to the installation position, take the bottom of the wall as the baseline, and use tools such as tape measure/level ruler/ink fountain to draw the horizontal and vertical installation baselines of the wall on the installation wall. Arrange the keels according to the baseline.

Light green anti-beta wall panels are more lively and vibrant colors, and green is a natural color. It represents the meaning and vitality of life, and is flexibly used in hospital walls to give people a sense of life. The yin and yang corners are used in combination with the door frame, and the integrated effect exceeds the aluminum door frame. The operating room and corridor on the second floor of Changzhi People's Hospital are green.

Deep blue hospital wall panels, blue is the color of the sea and the sky, representing calmness, peace, vastness, and clouds rolling and spreading. The first floor uses a two-section board connection method, and the high-rise design explains the significance of choosing this color.

Lotus white hospital wall panels are the most popular color for hospitals, because the warm white is the sunshine in winter, warm and clean. It can be used in the clean area of wards, outpatient halls, passages, and rest areas. Durable and easy to clean, long-lasting protection, safe, environmentally friendly and healthy. The conference rooms, wards, and activity rooms on the third to eleventh floors of Changzhi People's Hospital are in lotus white, which is warm and bright.
