The Tea Garden Culture and Art Venue is located in the core area of Jiangnan New City, Nan'an District, Chongqing, close to the district administrative area and adjacent to the city square to the north. It has an investment of approximately RMB 400 million and a total construction area of approximately 56,800 square meters. The project includes 5 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a total construction area of 56,829.4 square meters. It is implemented by Jiangnan New City Group.
The Nan'an District Tea Garden Cultural and Art Venue has a novel design and unique shape, and its overall appearance looks like a seal from above.
Huajiale's Compact Laminate material was chosen for the exterior of the building, into which the hollow design of the four characters "Bayu Chongqing" etched in seal script was integrated, distributed everywhere in dark red.
In the selection activity held by the Chongqing Construction Engineering Quality Association, this project stood out from the crowd after self-declaration, on-site inspection, review and re-examination, and became one of the housing construction and municipal engineering projects that won the 2021 Three Gorges Cup Quality Structural Engineering Award.
