Please use a damp cloth or sponge to clean the surface, with a non-irritating soap or detergent. Finally, use a warm water spray to clean the entire surface and wipe dry.

For more difficult stains, such as coffee or tea, use a less harsh household cleaner and baking powder mixed into a homogeneous paste; use a hard nylon brush to clean the contaminated area (about 15~20 rounds). Do not over-brush to avoid damaging the surface treatment.

Stubborn stains that cannot be cleaned in the above manner require the use of concentrated household bleach or nail wash; use a cotton ball soaked with bleach or nail water and gently scrub the stain for 2 minutes; use a warm water spray to clean the entire surface and dry with a soft cloth; these cleaning steps can be repeated if the stain gradually disappears and the refractory surface is not affected.

Warning.

Prolonged contact with bleach on the surface of refractory sheet products can cause discoloration. Therefore, always spray rinse the surface after cleaning. Without a spray rinse, even a small amount of detergent residue on the surface of refractory products can cause damage. The dried residue may not be visible, but the moisture brought in by the beverage container may re-engage it, causing permanent breakage or staining.

Grill pans and other heating appliances (such as electric frying pans) placed directly on the surface of the product can damage the aesthetics of the product. Please use an insulating mat or metal rack for placement.

Caution.

Do not use acidic or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the surface of refractory products. Drainage cleaners containing alkalis can permanently damage the surface of refractory products. If such cleaners are sprayed on the surface of the product, clean up immediately and rinse with several sprays of water.

Dyes from hair, textiles and food can cause permanent stains. If such liquids are spilled on the surface of the product, they need to be cleaned up immediately with a dishwashing liquid or general purpose cleaner.

Oven cleaners should not be used directly when the work surface is unprotected. Please clean up any residual cleaner immediately and rinse with several sprays of water.

Rust removers contain potent chemicals that can quickly cause permanent damage. If any rust remover is left on the surface, clean it immediately with soda and rinse with several sprays of water.

Wire balls or other highly abrasive tools can damage the surface of refractory sheet products, do not use these tools for cleaning; do not place wire balls on the surface of the product as this can cause corrosion and stains to fall.

Rust removers contain potent chemicals that can quickly bring permanent damage. If any rust remover remains on the surface, clean it immediately with soda water and rinse with several sprays of water.

If your complaint is covered by the terms of the warranty, we will provide: a replacement product at no charge (including shipping) to replace the original warranted product. We will not pay for any other costs associated with removing the warranted product, processing the warranted product, or replacing the warranted product, including but not limited to the cost of removing the warranted product. Product replacements under the warranty will not extend the original warranty period. Any replacement product will be subject to the limitations of the color and design of the product available from us at the time. If the original color or design is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer a replacement product of equal or greater value to replace the original warranty product.

Customer complaints are required to provide.

To file a complaint under the terms of the warranty, you must contact our Customer Service Center at the address below prior to the warranty period. You will need to provide proof of the date of purchase of the warranted product and a photo of the product to allow our personnel to verify the product on site, and then we will provide confirmation of acceptance of the complaint.
