● Make sure that there are at least two people to carry the board at the same time .Never drag and knock against one another on the surface  of  the product .so that there are no surface scratched and edge damaged.

● Store in a dry and cool wearhouse.Avoid direct sun and never put it on the floor directly without a wooden pallet. The best storage temperature is 18-25℃，and the relative humidity is 45-55%.It can be kept  for no more than 6 months.

● Clean the work surface of residue to protect the board from being scratched  while dragged and cutted.Never use a sharp tool to remove the protective films from the surface of the board.

● Cut the board along the length direction  to ensure splicing them  in the same direction.

● If there is protective film on two sides of the board when cutting, remove or keep it on two sides of the board to avoid different environmental effect on two sides of the board. If the protective film left on only one side of board, PVC film must be applied to wrap the board and its semi-finished product.

● Be stacked neatly, the smaller size one should be put above the bigger size one to keep the balance; Put the same thickness of cushion in the middle and all around to avoid the uneven force.

● Finished and semi-finished products, when packed or stored, will be protected with pads on bottom and covers on top to isolate moisture in case of curled side.

● When installing the board as the lab table,bolts must be applied and fixed it with rectangular metal at the intervals of 80cm distance, the rectangular metal should be fixed with flat-head screws( 5mm diameter) .To avoid the circumstance of larger drilling depth, the drill with displacement limitation is very necessary.
